How do i write a personal statement for Harvard law school and what should i write about?

If you were the kind of student who gets into Harvard Law school, you would not need to ask random people for advice about what to write.

I suggest you go to the pre-law advisor at your current college and talk over with him/her what your grades are, what your score on the LSATs was, and what are realistic schools for you to apply to, where you have a chance to be admitted.
