I've been doing situps for about the past month, starting off at about 35-40 a day, then just recently a few days ago i did 200 and now my abs have been hurting me so i took a break since waiting, for the pain to go away, now i notice that when i look in the mirror i see it coming in..
My body fat % is really low.. too and i do eat realatively healthy.
So how many should i do a day and how long would it take?

I am 16, and i have to have three root canals done, i've never tried it before.
could somebody please tell me what happens, when you have that done? how long does it take to have three of them done, and does it hurt more than getting a filling?

I have noticed that this question has come up a couple of times already. Why did America and Australia fail to sign the kyoto protocol. And I think not one answerer hit it. So I am going to posit my theory, which I am pretty sure of and want to hear from you guys about it.

Ok- so the US had already restrained emissions by the time the kyoto protocol was put forward. Every country in discussions about joining were making different levels of emissions. So for the countries that were emitting a lot and could easily change their percentage - no problem to sign. But to lesser poluters or countries where it would be so much harder to make that percentage change on what they were already emitting it was that much harder to reach the target.

I think the US found/ finds it too onerous and particularly compared to what the other signatories have to sacfrice or modify in order to meet the percentage.

What do you think?

I am in the process of tryin to find grants to get some money before i have to take out loans. I am workin on a travel plaza. It will have fuel of course as well as a convenience store, laundry room, some showers and a restaraunt. I was wonderin what kind of grants i should be applying for? I am studying Max Lucado's book, Come Thirsty. There are parts in the workbook where he asks you to complete different bible verses using several different translations and I can not find a NCV translation of Ephesians 4:23-24. I have looked at all the "typical" websites, does anyone have this translation? Please don't give me the other versions (NLT, NIV, NKJV, RSV, etc) I already have those. I need the NCV translation. Thank you!

Hi Ladies,

Has anyone else gone through any kind of crazy cycle patterns like this? I was 28 days FOREVER then after my November cycle it all changed here is what it was:

November 6th - Normal 3-4 day period

December 4th - Normal 3-4 day period

December 31st - way weird 3 days light spotting (only needed pantyliner) Dr said was ok as long as next period was normal

January 22nd - normal 3 - 4 day

February 12th - Normal 3-4 day

Nothing since February 12th. I thought I would have one on Monday March 5th. Do not feel like testing as I do not think I am pregnant, but these cycles have been weird. Thought ok that is a few cycles of 21 days my body is just changing. But bam all messed up again. Anyone have ideas?

***I am not really TTC actively we just have a whatever happens, happens attitude. I am just looking to see if others have experienced crazy sporadic stuff like this***
