This has two parts. First I'm nearly in love with this girl. I started to like her and it made me moody. She figured out that it was because of how i felt and made me tell her. Then basicaly told me that she wasn't ready to date. We are really good friends and we talk on the phone all the time. We interact really well and i'm ready to try again. She shot down my arch rival not to long ago with the same reasoning. I'm getting ready to move to another state. Should i try again and try to get it to work? Or do I just let her slip through my fingers? It would kill me to ust not try, but I don't want to make things wierd between us. What should I do?

MY car has been having an issue with starting after sitting a day or two. I took it to Sears and everything checked out fine. My lights will go on and everything but it just makes a clicking noise when I try to start it. Do I just need a tune up?

I have a 5 yr old, she's a very loving child, but she doesn't listen to anybody, to her teacher, grandmother, and us parents, we tell her to do something and she doesn't, yelling, spanking and putting time out doesn't work, we don't know what to do anymore, any suggestions? thanx.

A variabled length of open pipe...(a smaller pipe inside a larger pipe)...when the pipe is fully retracted it produces a fundimental note of 256Hz when blown in an end. What is the effective length of the inner pipe if it is considered to be an open pipe?

Problem#1 Cannot retrieve BT yahoo mail just get the header and no content.

Problem #2
Cannot update windows, faced with blank screen. MSN troubleshooter pages advise updating/unistalling/reinstalling Norton which leads into next problem...

Problem #3
Download wont work from symantec. Tried accessing from BT yahoo protection however when i open this it is also a blank screen.

Problem#4
Online log in keys do not work.

Problem#5
Cannot remove norton/bt protection as it doesnt appear in the add/remove programs menu.

Problem#6
Sytem restore wont work

What is happing to my PC? Do i really have to do a PC recorvery and start a whole new SP2 issue?

I have a program that uses aspects of Java and Perl to create an ODBC connection to create CSV data from a Lotus Notes Database and place into a MySQL table. When connecting after about a week or two, the program stops connecting and complains with:
"java.net.SocketException: No buffer space available (maximum connections reached?): NET_Bind"

Has anyone seen this type of error before?

I have a lot of fine furniture. Not a lot of $$. I need a lot of work done on my house to put it up for sale. I am older,single female. Should I spend my money on hiring people to fix my house or barter the furniture? Will it be too $$$$$$ to replace it up there? Same with china, books, artwork etc.

Once your charges had been refunded did the bank close your account? or treat you any differently?
I'm in the process of claiming back £4400.00, and because of my poor record have just discovered i cannot open another account with anybody else at the moment.
I just read that this can be a downside to reclaiming charges.

My automatic transmission for my 1993 chrysler daytona will no longer shift into gear.

I was driving, and everything was normal. I came to a stop light, stopped, and then when I started moving again, the car would not shift out of 1st gear (was going 30km/h at 5 RPM). Stopped the car, put into park, and now it won't shift into any gear.

Park works, and holds the car in place, and when I try to put the car into any gear, the transmission moves out of park, and the car will roll. Car will not go into reverse either.

When I got the car towed, there was a puddle of fluid under the car (reddish black almost).

Engine is running fine, car starts without a problem.

My main question is, could this be an easy and cheap fix (if so, what do you think the problem is), or does this sound like I will require a new transmission?
