You can star questions now but I do on answers most of the time on my other account. I just hate the guy that gives everyone a thumbs down when the question's like 3 minutes old. Makes people think you're the one that did it.

If they are being nasty I give them a thumbs down. If I really like the answer I give them a thumbs up. I do not thumb down people who have an answer that I don't agree with, because this is all about opinions anyway

I only vote thumbs up if I see something that I really like or if it really makes me laugh. And if I strongly agree. I give thumbs down for when I just completely disagree, like if I think it is bad advice, or if the person is just being a total jerk for no reason.

Thurmbs up if the person is right or the answer is a good one and thumbs down if the person answer is wrong or their being a jerk.

I usually give thumbs up only, I think thumbs down is for the super evil.

I do too! But the one thing that drives me crazy is the one person who puts a thumbs down to everyone except themself (because they cant give themselves anything).

Usually if I think it's a particularly good question, I'll give the question a star. I don't usually rate other answers unless I see a really good one.

When a question is interesting I read other people's answers, and if I strongly agree or strongly disagree I give thumbs up/down, othewise I don't.
