I've been taking Othro Tri-Cyclen Lo, and just can't keep up with taking my pills at the same time everyday. I take them at all different times. If there is no God (and I am afraid there probably not), then could humanity not ascend to the open position?

Humans are the highest intelligence on earth and have left earth and erected space stations for living outside of earth. Many kooks look for a superior alien intelligence propelled by the same anxiety that makes religious people invent religions.

Maybe we are it, the cream of the crop, and if so, why be shy about it! If one day, the majority of humanity didnt make such vodoo of the idea that "man is the highest" then we could more boldly endeavor to fit the bill, and become the next best thing, or who knows...

Can man create heaven on earth? Perpetuate his species eternally? Widen life-spans to the degree that death is always a choice and never a fate?

I'm always looking to figure out the most fair scoring system when it comes to my tournament bracket game. Usually I go straight points per round, and try and balance it so that each round is worth approximately the same amount of points (for example, last year I used 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 12 as my scoring system; other years I have used 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32). Other years I have toyed with these values along with a multiplier. Given that most of the online options are either round * seed or round + seed, what are scoring systems that you have used that tend to be the most balanced and what are the points you assign to each round? This question is geared specifically at people who have run tournaments; I can get feedback from those who are mere participants by picking up the phone.

I did use a system that had round * (round + seed) and that probably was the most balanced formula, but obviously Yahoo / CBS/ etc. do not offer this as an option. Thanks!

To get the point as quick as possible, my fiance is a Japanese woman who I've known for about 4 years now. We've had, obviously, a long distance relationship and have traveled back and forth as often as possible to see each other. We've decided that we want to be together and get married. However, I've heard that it's illegal to get married on a tourist visa (for instance, if I were to go to Japan on a tourist visa and get married, the government wouldn't like that). Does anyone know anything about this, or the best way to go about making this happen? Thanks in advance.
