I just shaved off my beard, but not my mustache,
after 40 years!
My wife doesn't recognize me anymore
and she is in fits and in stitches for two days now!

I grew a gottee when i graduated from high school because my school didnt allow facial hair, I had it for about 8 years, all through college and my first years at my company, i decided one day to see what i looked like again without it, i shaved it off and people were shocked, then told me i looked like i was 16 without it and i grew it back right away

I grew a beard once and I looked like the Muppet drummer. It was about five different colours. Have never shaved the tache. I think mt beard would be all white now, or skunk striped.

I had a beard for awhile and shaved it off. It's when the stache came off the folks didn't recognize me.

on another note... I was shocked when my dad shaved off his moustache and beard and his hair... I think he was having a midlife crisis... I can understand how your wife feels... good luck...

I'm a girl so... yeah.
well my cousin is in his 40's and a few years a go, he shaved off his goatee, and he looked so weird. he asked me and my other cousin if we thought he looked weird, I said no but when he left the room I said he did look weird and different. when he came back my cousin told him what I said. talk about embarrassing.
