I have flabby arms. The thing is, I can see a definite sleekness to them at times. The flab is mostly on the underside. What kinds of arm exercises will eliminate this?

What is scoliosis. I know it has something to do with a curved spine, but what are the symptons and what causes it? I have to get a screening for it at school, but why that disease? Why not like HIV or something? Why is it so vital that we don't have it?

Jeneva is my cousin. She was the born February 12th 1994. She's taller than me and has brown eyes and hair. Sometimes she gets annoying but other wise she's great. She likes to make clay stuff and talk alot. She has two older brothers.

Jason was born October 28th 1992. He is my favorite cousin because he has similar interests to mine, like music. He likes to draw and make stuff using the computer. He is very funny and kind. He has brown hair and eyes.

Joey is my cousin and he was born dec. 27th 1990. He likes to skate board and hand out with his friends. He is friendly but if you treat him like he was a nobody he'll treat you the same way. Like his siblings, he is tall with brown hair and eyes.

Phoebe is my dog. She is 7 years old and is the better of the 2 dogs that we have. She loves to eat and rip her toys. Her favorite thing to do is sleep on her bed. She's white with brown eyes

An F1 Cockapoo is a cross between a Poodle and a Cocker Spaniel. The resulting personality is unparalleled in its ability to relate to people and children. They are famous for being loyal, affectionate, open and friendly, eager to please, easily trained and they don't shed.

Purebreds and inbreeds often carry genetic disease. Heterosis is the phenomenon where crossing two inbred lines can produce descendants with superior genetic foundation. This goal in this scenario is not to create a new breed, but to create a happy and healthy pet. You lose this benefit when you inbreed cockapoos(F2).
So the question is not what would they look like, but would they be healthy? Do you have an F2? Is it healthy?

In my opinion, If you get a cockapoo, get an F1 Poodle-Spaniel mix. Go to a reputable breeder, choose your pup based on personality, looks etc.

Am I right?

I'm 30 weeks I have been careful of everything I eat and drink, I do not drink alcohol at all and never have. I bought some chicken at the store it said Bourbon, I had no idea what it was until my husband told me and it says its flavored with bourbon whiskey. This can't be bad for the baby, right?
