Has an angel ever brought some one back to life or anything like that?

I am very comfortable believing that GOD sends his/her the angels everywhere a miracle is needed and they set the miracle in action, because GOD is involved, and activates the miracle.
If you mean an angel acts with out GOD knowing what he/she is doing - then NO - an angel would not consider acting without GOD being involved in any action they take. Angels only exist to perform actions that please GOD, being in Heaven no one could think otherwise - they are in Heaven, where they are at peace and in communion with GOD every second - millisecond of every hour of every day. How happy does that sound!! No stress or worries!

my little sister had a tumor in her lungs when see was born. every doctor that looked at her(more then 20 doctors looked at her) said she wouldnt make it and she will one day stop being able to breath. But every night me and my family would pray for her and soon the tumor started to get smaller and smaller and ended up disappearing. she is now five and perfectly fine with no problems we believe she was saved by an angel.

No but if you dont have Jesus as Lord and Savior your guardian angel will drag your soul to hell.
