I get happy because it might mean that they are growing comfortable in their environments, or that simply, they like being around you, or that you're an easy person to open up to, it all depends really.

It means either they must have really been interested in the conversation or subject matter, OR, they LIKE YOU.

I think it is good for them, but I also wish they could do that for more people, and be more confident in who they are.
