I have flabby arms. The thing is, I can see a definite sleekness to them at times. The flab is mostly on the underside. What kinds of arm exercises will eliminate this?

"toning" comes from the reduction of body fat. exercising the arms will strengthen them but will not have an effect on fat loss in that area. you can't spot reduce fat through diet or exercise

cardio. Try jogging and don't forget to move your arms along with your whole body, don't just leave them stiff to the side or else you aren't working out that area. I recommend 30 mins of jogging 3 times a week (every other day). Thats what i usually do and it works! i also read that in a health magazine

Lift 2-5 lb weights it tones ur arms and make sure to fun a mile a day! and don't forget to move ur arms!

Pushups, and lots of them! Try to do about 100 a day every other day. And also try aerobics, as that helps to get every part of your body toned.
