most the schools for vet assisting are 30 miles away, 1 hour. i am working full-time and don't have time to travel that far. i dont want an associate degree, i just want to find a program that will allow me to get into the career right away like a certificate. i was thinking of online vet assistant certificate or program, then volunteering at a local vet to get the 'hands-on experience' that the online program would not provide me. i see that there is a 2 semester program for highschool students, but i left highschool 4 years ago. i just want a simple program without allll these bazillion classes to take. can anyone help me??

I used the term "flip" 'cause I can't think of any other way to say it. I rent my home but I want to make some changes to it. Nothing to drastic like ripping out walls or cupboards. But I want to change the feel of my home. You walk into and feel akward. I've tried new certains and pictures and little stuff like that. I've even bought new sofa's and nothing worked. I want to get that homey feeling when I walk in. I want people to feel compfortable when they visit. But I don't want them to feel like they can't touch anything. Any idea's on how to accomplish this without breaking the bank???

Actually, its my cousins daughter (I guess once removed or something). My cousin is 43 and I'm 34, and my cousin's daughter is 22. I just saw her for the 1st time in mabye 14 years. MAN did she grow up! She lives near now, and she is giving "hints" to me.

ok i have a 3 week old baby. Im breastfeeding. and im going back to work the first week of april and im concerned about comforting her when im not there. I tried a pacifier tonight and she took it for only comfort. i read on the internet that it is basically a bad thing to give a breastfed baby a pacifier. :( but if she wants me at daycare and i cant be there i dont want her crying for hours, i want something to comfort her you know. so i guess what im asking is if its ok to give a breastfed baby a pacifier and if she'll get nipple confusion and not want to breastfeed anymore.

I am making a system to book rooms but i am stuck with the availability check

I have a table with the cottage details in it(tblCottage)

and then one just for availability checks (tblAvail)

some code below

select * from tblCottage , tblAvail where tblCottage.intCottageid = tblAvail.intCottageid AND tblAvail.datbook = DATE '2007-11-18'

this brings back all bookings with that date but I dont know how to convert this in to checking all other combinations....

ie I know that room 204 is booked for that day so I want to list all the other rooms as available so the user can book them.
