I have an elliptical machine at home that I use. I have very low motivation to workout, but I make myself use it at least 3 times a week for 20 min. I want another exercise that I can do at home that will actually tone up my body so I can see some results. I do like to dance, does anyone have any suggestions on a good program or DVD that might involve dancing and will tone me?

we have been together for 1 year and he has 3 kids with his ex I love his kids and they like me to but his ex refuse to let his kids see him when i am around we are on the virge of breaking up cause he rather see his kids so he thinks is better for me to leave but since the beging i told he i wanted no problem with his ex and kid or nothing to do with them so either he accepted it or leave me alone he accepeted it and now he said sorry but i can't forget my kids i said okay cool we could go see them i mean i like them their kids right just last month we gave them a phone their mother took it and broke it so he couldn't have any communication with them and turn them against both of us should i stay n be strong or leave and get out of a deed

The last time i had blood taken i had 3 vial things from each arm and went really dizzy,. I had to lay don at the hospital for an hour but on the way to the car i fainted and my grandma caught me. That was 4 years ago and i have been needing to have some really important blood tests taken but i freak out completely. I have had cognitive therapy which didnt help at all, i've tried everything i can think of but i am in a blind panic as i really need this doing.
The phobia is totally irrational as i am not afraid of needles or blood, just having blood taken. Nobody understands how extreme this phobia is they think i am overreacting but just the thaught of it makes me feel really queasy.

I know i need to have it done but they need to test all of my hormones which means taking lots of blood in one go.

Can anyone help me figure out how to deal with this please??

Has anyone got a similar severe phobia?

I am a in home child care provider. I have a clean record and used to just happily give out my social if reluctant parents needed to do a background check, last year i was a victim of identity theft. Since then no one has asked to do a background check, i provide Credible references from familys who i work for and personal refrences and I have also done 2 interviews and invited them to my house....they are friends of a personal friend of mine as well, who also gave me a great refrence, howver they want a background check, so i told them i want to do one on them first to make sure they check out and have no criminal activity and then they can have my social and do one...
they are insulted and mad. any suggestions on how i can make them feel safe yet not worry that ten years from now that background check with my social is going to make it into the wrong hands?? Identity theft is not funa nd it almost ruined me the first time. please help??? this is my childcare business.

hes in a 55 gal tank hes approx. 2.5 inches long he is black with white spots, has spikes on its "fins" though his fins are stiff and dont have webbing, he vibrates which makes a hissing noise, and he has killed 7 plecos that were ranging between 4-6in. but he doesn't go after my koi's or shubunkins.
