I have an elliptical machine at home that I use. I have very low motivation to workout, but I make myself use it at least 3 times a week for 20 min. I want another exercise that I can do at home that will actually tone up my body so I can see some results. I do like to dance, does anyone have any suggestions on a good program or DVD that might involve dancing and will tone me?

Belly dancing is fantastic.. If done correctly you can feel it in your side abs, and your inner thighs. try it! The other day at walmart I saw some dvd I cant recall the name but the mentioned belly dancing for beginners, cardio workout.. it was like 5 10 min. sessions.. go check it out.

Find yourself a good dance partner . Or if you are in a area where you can find a dance studio offer to help or join .I did and toned up and lost 110 lbs . I am now 180 fit firm and I owe it all to my dance class the Lady's were awesome to let a slob like me dance with them. I now volunteer as a dance instructor.
My wife does not mind as she goes with me most nights and after I started to tone up she got involved and has gone from a size 14 to a size 6 MMMMMMMMMMMMM !!!! Dance Dance Dance
Start your own club if you need to.
The fat programs that use dance are usually run by fuzzy headed sissy looking guys and I tried them but NO INSPIRATION
