i have a 2yr old minature yorkie and even when the door is opened for him and is taken out for walks he still pees in the house.. what can i do .... thanks

He may just be scent marking his territory. Ultimately the only recourse may be to have him neutered. However most dogs can be trained out of the habit. You need to let him know he is the subordinate male in the household then he will be less likely to mark.

There are of course many different philosophies about how to train a dog, here's mine:

I dipped his nose into the "lake", looked in his eyes and said "no!" in a very strict tone. I slapped a rolled newspaper against my own leg (dogs hate that noise), he soon understood what he did wrong.
