My partner crashed the car into the back of someones car who stopped needlessly and very suddenly. What are the consequenses of accecpting liability for this? And what if he doesnt accept liability?
My partner understands that according to the highway code it is his fault because he must have been too close (he knows he was not driving too fast also the airbag did not release) but it was very sudden and the other driver had no reason in the world to stop so suddenly after driving down a straight road which was clear and no hazzards to jump out at you. Plus the other driver only got a dent in his bumper while my cars front is completely smashed!

first off, i know ill probably be receiving a bad rap for asking this question seeing that many people think she's a "poser" as well as a lousy musician. i honestly believe, shes one of the better musicians out their today (she sings, plays, and writes) especially with the likes of all those "pop stars" nowadays. She even seems to have that good positive aura about her, with the way she chooses not to lower her standards by dressing like a s*** on stage, but honestly wats ur opinion?

There are a group of guys in a house next to mine smoking dagga,
marijuana, dealing drugs involved in all sorts but have legit businesses as a cover, are you under these laws able to act and
on investigation seize the relevant properties and cars property
under the asset siezure and forfeiture acts, and how do they work
does every country have them in their legislation............................

Do they worked horizontally, do you have an innocent until
proven guilty law system or the other way around...........................

Every country is governed under different systems, what is
yours and how do you deal with these troublesome perps..............

In my experience the obsolescence of a PC is mainly down to the processor size which in turn is limited by the motherboard. Other relevant components can be easily upgraded within this envelope. Furthermore there are major leaps forward leaving existing machines totally obsolete with regard to power hungry applications like games. Is the state of play such that it is best to wait before spending about £1000 on a new machine, or is there nothing earth shattering on the horizon at present? I cannot afford £2000+ for a specialist games machine. Thank you.
