he has been on different pills from paed but it cant stop. now he is on chrolomphenical oral

my daughter has just turned 1 she had 2 ear infections when she was 10 months old with pus pouring from her ear.The doctor says there could be caused by water getting into their ear and not being able to drain back out properly due to their tiny pipes from their ear drum to their outer ear hole causing infection because in their ear its warm and with water being in there,will also be wet and moist ideal breeding ground for infection!the doctor gave me ear drops but there came pouring bk out so the infection came back and so on the second infection they gave me oral antibiotics which worked and she hasnt had a ear infection since-touch wood!just go to your doctor and get your sons ear checked out again and then they should be able to have a proper look and ask for something orally for him,they work much better medecines rather than ear dro[ps!(angie not steven)also keep cleaning the ear and keep it dry!!

maybe ur child has an ear infection if its this wipe clean with ear bud dipped in cooled prevoiusly boiled water hope you find the cause.or even a perferated ear drum,my brother had yellow discharge from his when he fell on it this can be painful i would go back to ur gp and havve them look ears are very delicate organs and poking around could do more harm than good.

He has an infection. Apparently a persistent one if those pills aren't working. He probably needs a different type of antibiotics.

it sounds like he has a nasty ear infection and should be seen by his dr as soon as possible

he could well have glue ear
ask your doctor he may well need gromits
