If that's what you mean, they can do things like kissing and manual stimulation (mutual masturbation) as long as there are no open sores on the hands or in the mouth. Passing HIV this way, through saliva and skin to skin contact, is very rare, but if either partner is worried they could use latex gloves. If the wife and husband are comfortable with the risk, using condoms during intercourse may be an option. Protection like dental dams and condoms would also be required during oral sex. There would be a risk of HIV infection, but it would be greatly reduced if the couple uses these precautions.

I dont think he can sexually at all. Myabe oral may be ok but i am not sure . You would have to ask a doctor who specializes on this to find out for sure what would be safe and what is not. I know that any sexual contact is definitely out for sure! Also if he knows he has aids i think it is wrong for him to even try this without knowing what is safe or not because it is a crime and illegal to spread it once you know you have it. IF the person knows they are infected it becomes murder or manslaughter if they spread it I believe.
