If you are going to make a cafe, place it somewhere around Simpang Bedok, around Bedok Market. Sell Roti Canai and all those ty[pe of food etc. Have drinks which aren't expensive/designer.

It is good to have your business but you really need to plan carefully. You must know where is the location of your cafe and how is the crowd over there. The rent of the shop and does you need any machineries and workers to help you.
Furthermore you need to source for supplier for the ingriedents. With all these being sort out, you can then start to make your bussiness plan

First find a location where there is a need for another or new cafee.

Secondly, have a thorough study on pros and cons on the venture.

Thirdly, present your project to a bank and take it from there. Be sure, you have a colltorals or a guarantorer.

All the best!/
