My boyfriend 32 and I 29 have been together for 8 months.We are very much in love.He really shows me his love and I have no complains.He has already told me a lot of times without proposing that we will get married and made me believe that he meant soon e.g (a year).But a week ago he told me that he has set a time limit to himself not to do anything(get married,live together e.t.c)for the next 1.5 year(which means that we may get married in 2.5 years) because he wants to pay off his loan car.Should I trust that he will keep his word?He has promised other not really important things to me(like bying something or going to a nice restaurant) and sometimes didn't keep his promises or postponed things.That's what worries me and to tell you the truth I do not want to waste my time with someone who isn't worth it.I did that with my ex for 6 years and have been really hurt.How can I tell if he means what he says?Thank you in advance for your replies.Good luck to you all.

Does age different matter?

My best friend is 18 and she is getting married to a guy that's 42!
she also says that she is madly in love with him.

he has 2 kids and she met them when she went on a vacation with him and the kids..and she is saying that she "loves them"

she is very mature and he is very fit. they look very good together and seem very happy and stuff.

But I'm so worried for her! I mean we grew up together ..she is like a sister to me.. and she is doing this.. I want her happiness but It's such a strange situation. I don't want her to be hurt and I don't want her to be unhapppy..

what do you guys think? I'm going crazy!

oh and her parents are totally ok with it.. they don't even care!

I've seen it happening from boths sides - Christians who claim to have proof that God exists, and Aitheists who claim the opposite.

As was pointed out to me last week it impossible to disprove, but that does not mean he definitly does exist. Similarly, there is no solid evidence that he does exist, but that does not prove that he doesn't.

I have had intellegent conversations with both Aitheists (philosophically) and Christians (theologically) on this subject, but only when words like "proof" and "facts" are avoided.

It seems to me that science can contribute nothing to a theological discussion - it is like trying to use a calculator to write a song. I mean no offence to those who still try to do it, but can anyone explain to me why?

In a panflet recently recieved through the door. They state that they don't like to get the recyclable easte in carier bags, as they have to remove the bags and discard them, to get to the waste. But if you leave the stuff loose in the grey box, the wind catches some of it, and it blows around the streets. It looks very untidy. They say it is posible to recycle the bags, at the supermarket. So why don't they do that?
Any thoughts?

I have been trying to get pregnant...we have had sex very very frequently (almost every day) this month starting 4 days after my period ended.I had some what I thought was spotting...it was very very light, and I only saw it 2 times in one day when I went to the bathroom, nothing after that. I havent had any other symptoms. The other thing is that I had TSS early this month, the doctors caught it right away, and treated me. The spotting came about a week or 2 after i was put on medicine. I am wondering if this could be inplantation bleeding, or just some last spurt of the TSS.
