a "guilt trip", is when YOU KNOW YOU have done something wrong, but YOU still blame the other person YOU have wronged and treat them like crap as though they did the wrong thing that YOU did. does that make sense?

A guilt Trip is something someone can lie on you when you try to make a change in your life and if makes you feel guilty your doing it example: Say your 18 and your moving out of your parents home your mom or dad might say the following "I cant belive you are doing this I am going to be so lonely" or "dont you know its not easy out there this world is cold and mean". Anything to make you dout what you are doing and possibly change your mind.

It's a special holiday people try to send you on, that doesn't require a passport or a visa, and is frequently one way.

Where you're supposed to feel horrible about something you did, said, didn't do or didn't say.

It's really a lousy vacation, and I don't recommend them.

It's when someone,[parent, spouse, friend, etc] tries to make you feel guilty when you are going out on a date, not staying with "them" cuz they're lonely and don't have a date.Or your parent[s] try to make you feel guilty when asking for money,an item, etc.Everyone does it,it's playing with your mind and emotions so "they "can spoil what ever you do.A good line is "you don't love me anymore" just cuz you want to do something without "them".
