I have a 250g Reef tank, Nitrite 10/Nitrate 0/PH 8.4 (Thanks to Live Rock). I do a 15g-30g water change once or twice a month mainly for supplements. I use RO/DI water for the water changes. RO meter is showing 003ppm

The day after the water change, my substrate gets full of brown/green algae. Has anyone experienced this, or know what may be causing it?

I recently bought an 83 Honda Nighthawk. I took the old aftermarket pipes off to put it back to original, and when I unbolted it, a bunch of half circle flanges came flying out. Unfortunately, I did not see how they were in there. How do you put it all back together?

I'm curious how you could get a loan for 300K for approximately $800/month although I have some debt and good credit score.
Are these loans interest only? How do they work to consolidate the existing debt? I'm trying to get a 380K - 450K loan to buy a house without paying $2200-3000 a month for the mortgage.

I'm getting a degree in International Business and German, and hopefully a minor in another area of business. Are there enough American companies out there who I could work for IN Germany?

If that's not a big job pool, what about German Companies I could work for in Germany. Is it common for foreign companies to take on a semi-experienced fresh graduate?

Just your honest opinions, but I hope if you answer this you really have a good idea of my question, and not just a general belief you are going off of please.

My husband is always complaining that I don't have time for him and that I am never in the "mood". I am always so exhausted at the end of he day that I don't feel like having sex. This is the last thing I have in mind...he feels dejected and hurt everytime he tries to come close to me.....what can I do? I am always sleep deprived and look for short naps during the day and try to go to bed early. My relationship with my husband is going down the drain and I can't help it. I love him very much and want him to be happy in this relationship...why can't he understand?

There's a new commercial for GE on TV where a little boy runs to the top of a hill, catching some air in a jar and then running back down to his little village. All the while, there is a folkish song playing with a guy singing. I had a hard time catching what all he said but he says something "...and I want to be in the..." then says something about sand, then ends with "...trying to catch the wind".

It's a beautiful song and I can't find a trace of it anywhere, anyone have any idea what it is or if it was just written for the commercial? Thanks!

i was playing football and went to catch a ball. i ran into a fence at full speed and i think i broke my ankle because for two weeks my ankle hurt. it was really purple and swollen. i couldnt walk or anything on it for those two weeks. i didnt go to the doctor or anything, just let it heal. that was two years ago now the ankle looks weird and isn't as strong..plus my foot goes in an angle..

is my ankle messed up and should i go get it fixed or can i just leave it??

My husband was in a bad place 4 years ago, and he did not show up for court when his ex was petitioning for him to sign away his rights to his daughter. I he almost done paying the back child support that he owed. He keeps thinking that he wanted to be there to see his daughter, is it too late for him, as far as legally? The bad part about this is his ex wife works for a family law lawyer, so she gets free legal aid, we dont have the money for a lawyer, is this a lost cause? Please help!! She is 8 years old. The mother says that when she is ready for a relationship with her father, probably when she is a teenager, and ready to take on the responsibility of a mental relationship with him, then thats when they can have a relationship, but who knows how long that will be. She does not want us sending her gifts for her birthday or Christmas, or even letters, not to confuse her. Does ANYONE have any advise?

I'm looking for the name of that thing that sits on a table and holds your book open, leaving your hands free.

I've seen people using them in cafes recently. The ones I've seen are metal--they look like a very thick silver-coloured wire. The stuff they use for bathroom soap caddies.

If someone could tell me what they're called I'd really appreciate it. It's driving me crazy!

this elementary school counselor picked out only these 4 girls ( mexicans ages 7-8) out of 9 girls in this classroom and said they are now a girls club. Then she asked about their parents home life. This same counselor previously labeled a little girl as the divorcee group and others as single mom group. Well she chose my daughter and asked about my life. I feel that if she wants to know about me she should ask me. what do you think? im widowed and it upset my daughter talking about her deceased father.
