I just have back pain in general. A subluxation my Chiropractor called it. I use BioFreeze on mine. I don't know if that would work for a herniated disc or not, you could give it a shot though. Good luck.

I just have back pain in general.,,and see the chiropractor every week,,,it feels good when he does my back,,then when i drive on bumpy roads it hurts again,,it seems like a loosing battle
