As seen it almost every historical life reference of that great Saint , and as almost reffered to by many the SANKARA DIGVIJAYAM by His Holinesses of Sree Sringeri Sarada Peetham .

Is it not Scandelous
Does it become the responsibility of all the Acharyas of Various Sankara Mutts to Give clarification on these and give sensible correction
Especially Saint Sankara is Acharya who is expected to show his theory by his own act

A common measure of how one should describe these types of workouts is by pace, (5k pace or 1 mile pace, etc...) However, I am more concerned with measuring these as a percent of heart rate max. I do alot of HIIT workouts varying from 400m repeats to 1 mile repeats, but from all the reading I've been doing, it seems that the latter help more with lactate threshold than and to a lesser degree vo2 max, whereas it's vice versa for the former.

Assume my heart rate max is 200 bpm, what should be the target heart rates on each of the aforementioned workouts? What is easy? I feel like I am conditioned enough that 130-140 bpm does nothing for me on a supposed 'easy' day.

1) If he cuts off aid to the moderate President Musharraf trying to force him to get the terrorists who are training in Pakistan then the radicals in the Pakistani Govt. could easily take over.

2) If the radicals take over that means that they will also take over Pakistan's nuclear weapons & that would mean Al Qaeda could easily gain access to them as well.

3) But if Bush doesn't threaten Musharaf with cutting off US aid to Pakistan then Al Qaeda will have a permenent training ground in Pakistan & you can't have that.

What is a foreign policy expert like Bush going to do? I don't think he has any choice but to invade Pakistan, regime change & start a new democracy? It was so easy to do in Iraq why not Pakistan?

my printer's on the second floor and i'm on the 4th. my printer and my computer are connected with LAN cables. i turned off the printer on the second floor but i need to print. can i turn off my computer on the 4th floor first, with pending print jobs, then turn on the printer on the second floor to print? i need to turn off the computer first so that i can go out directly after printing.

I met a man when he was engaged. We had sex and then 3 days before the wedding he broke with her and then he married me. Now she is applying for a visa to come to this country, to marry another man. I don't want her to come, so I went to the police and said that she send me bad e-mails and that she called me. She did not actually, but I wanted to stop her.
I thought that they would not let her come. I went three
times, and they did nothing. I want her on some blacklist, so she
never comes to this country.
Where else can I complain on her, so that they stopped her visa?

I broke the belt in my 91 saab 9000s. They put in a belt tensioner ($216) a belt shock ($154) a pulley ($59) and the belt ($84). With labor, a bill of $967 seems ridiculous. Yes, they showed me some broken pulleys, but they didn't show me the belt shock or belt tensioner. I don't even know if these were necessary, but he installed them. Plus, they NEVER called to tell me how much it was going to cost before they did the work and never answered the phone when I called them. Am I getting scammed?

For the love of Gawd, does anybody know where I can successfully download the song "What's up" by Xscape. I've tried every downloading website I know to get it, even iTunes and Yahoo failed me, what the bluff?!?!? For those of you that dont know what I'm talking about, this is the song that was playing in the ATL movie f/t T.I; It was playing while 'New New' was getting of the bus popping her bubble on the way to the roller rink, Cascades and these other girls (in cute Khaki shorts I might add) were skate dancing to it.

Does anybody know where I can legally download this song? I swear it's like Xscape is teasing me with a possible secret upcoming album the rest of the world doesn't know about. Didn't even know they still recorded.

My heart was broken last week and I am physically ill. I cannot eat, I cannot concentrate, feel like I can throw up at any moment... I am starving but cannot even think of eating and this is wearing on me. I'm a diet cokeaholic and I can't even think about it, it makes me sick. This is ridiculous. I've always considered myself level-headed, independent and strong. But now I am lost and totally incapable of even thinking straight so what the hell is going on? And how can I get straight? I know time will help but I've got to be able to function right now to work and I just CANNOT! Need sincere answers - I'm truly lost and heartrbroken! :(
