My son keeps getting kick out of daycares due to his disability.
Is this fair? Can daycares kick him out due to his disability?
Is there any daycare centers that take care of children with disability's? His disability is SPD and ADHD and he is on SSI for this.
Also it is possible that he might have Autism or be Bi Polar.

He has been kicked out of 8 different daycares. and They had told me that it is due to his disability.
I thought this was against the Disability Act.

5 years ago my brother in law got shot at 16 years old, his twin sister still lives with the people who did it! (the man did not go to jail).. I don't want my 2 children around her because I think there is something wrong with her and my husband agree's with me but, when the holidays come around again this year what should I do about them being around her? Last Christmas she called and asked if she could come over and my husband told her no and she had to work by the time we went to her parents. I don't know what to do anymore because I am afraid if I go to far it could cause family problems! And she hates me! When I was pregnant with my son.. I got rushed to the hospital because I was so sick and thought I was going into labor on thanksgiving and they asked what had I ate... and the only thing I had was a glass of Tea she brought me!
Do you agree with me on keeping my kids away from her?

My question is should I approach him about us being in a relationship? He drives trucks and I work night. He has two kids and I have none. We have a good time together but we don't spend that much time together due to our work hours. I don't want a relationship now, but I need to know that if I invest my time in to this do you think it could go somewhere. i've had the same best friend since about 7th grade- anna. i'm in 12th grade now. anna's other close friend sara moved in with her in 11th grade. anna tends to hang out with sara and sara's old best friend more than me, usually with a group of people that i hang out with at school but don't know that well. i feel like she doesn't invite me to hang out with them because i'm shy. however, someone else in the group invites me to hang out with the group more than anna does! should i talk to anna about inviting me, or should i move on and try to make other good friendships? advice would be much appreciated.

I was thinking if a country wants to go to war with another they should put their presidents in a boxing ring and just slug each other out. It wouldve been better to see Bush vs Saddam in a ring insted of sending thousands of troops and wasteing billions on a war and seeing innocent people dieing. Who agrees?

This sounds like "feel-good" legislation that will be used to mainly promote tourism for Virginia and mainly Jamestown.

The resolution passed the House 96-0 and cleared the 40-member Senate on a unanimous voice vote. It does not require Gov. Timothy M. Kaine's approval.
The measure also expressed regret for "the exploitation of Native Americans."
The resolution was introduced as Virginia begins its celebration of the 400th anniversary of Jamestown, where the first Africans arrived in 1619.

Coincidence -- I personally believe so but maybe I'm a cynic.
