I have the slightess idea how and I go to the mall and movies trying. But i guess its when actually see the a "CUTE BOY" I don't have the guts to walk up to him. So can someone please give me a tip or something.

You have to go to the kind of place where the kind of guy you're into would likely hang out. For example, if you want an artist, go to an art gallery.
You'll find that when you're in a friendly environment and you're dealing with people you have something in common with, you'll have much more guts.

i don't think going up to someone at a mall and saying that you want to go out with them is such a good idea.
start at school, make a guy friend that you would like to have, and see where that takes you. =)
