I say stay out of my life so i can achive my goals. Also, I tell god to keep up all the good work on your death of kids, and parents, and all the murders of innocent people. What do you say?

If they're asking for something... then in essence they're saying this:
"Please Mr. God whom I believe to be infallible and omniscient. I'd still like the chance the change your mind about something you've long since decided on, even though it implies that your original course of action was wrong, hence making you imperfect."

Too many people think of God as a "Gimmie God". He is not that. He acts very much like a functional, good earthly parent. kids often suffer from natural consequences of poor choices. God gives us free will too. Often that is what happens, but not always. God sees a weaving from the upper side where it is beautiful, and we see it from the under side where is is ragged looking, but when the end comes, for believers we will forever see the beautiful side. It is a hard thing to see, when bad things happen to good people, but I"ve also seen great good come out of what I thought at first was bad. email me if you wish.

It depends on what's going on in my life otherwise i thank him for all the good and the bad.. I'll surely pray for you how mistaken you are about God.. God gave man free will and whatever you choose to do is upto you..

Simple
I ask Allah for forgiveness, and even more for a stronger will so I stop doing mistakes.
And most of the praying time I spend it thanking for all the good things He has gave to me. Like finding islam, like finding love, having my family alive, being part of a family, my feith, my bed, my meals, my health, etc.
Every time I also pray for all those who have been guided and also for my family...despite they are not muslims.Allah knows best.
