I'm working in a decorative chrome-plating industry, not (hard-chrome). I usually take service job of chrome-plating banquet chairs, wheel rims, mufflers, etc. Sometimes, the chrome-plating result is not as stable/constant in quality or satisfactory as I had expected (not shiny enough or not rust-resistant enough). So I need something to measure the quality by putting up a standard, which I hope that this measurement tool (if any) would help me.

im currently trying to shed off like 10 more pounds but i have this little problem with breakfast.

when i eat breakfast, some hours or even minutes later i get even more hungrier. not only that, but i will have an urge to splurge during the afternoon and at night.

the other problem is, when i dont eat breakfast, i get tired quicker when im working out at the gym. (unless i have a big meal for lunch)

so how can i diet sucessfully and eat breakfast at the same time?

Okay, last night this guy I met on myspace told me he loved me and today he won't talk to me. Here's a little about our relationship, we've talked everyday for the past 4 months. Talk about everything, for hours. We've gotten really close and I think I may have hurt him by not saying I love you back. He's in the military and when he comes home we want to meet. I really like this guy and I do have feelings for him. He's been emotionally there for me, I've been going through alot of things in my life. Do you think he likes me too much? Should I go slower? What should I do? I'm really confused.

I think stuff all the time like my partner cheating on me, leaving me and worse. I have only been with him a few months and we argue alot because if he says something i dont like i go on forever about it and winds me up and my head starts to hurt.When i first met him i was more laid back, and his sarcastic jokes would go over my head and i would laugh, but now i bite back! and take it the wrong way. I had my son dec 5, 2004... since then, i've only had a couple periods. he's 2yrs 2months now, and i have had 4 periods, the last one being on march 12th, 2006...almost a year ago. i know i should go to the doctors, but my question is, since we're trying to have another baby (been trying since he was 6 months) can i get pregnant, and why do you think i'm not getting it anymore? *thanks* jenn
