Lol - I have the same problem. In Reader's Digest, I read that you need to distract yourself from a chocolate biscuit craving for about 10 minutes and you should feel like you don't want it anymore. Furthermore, it said that you should run water over all your fattening biscuits do you feel a sense of accomplishment that you have beaten your craving. Don't just put those biscuits you buy away, you need to completely ruin them, Hoping this helps. :)

I have tried to eat myself sick on fattening things and it works temporarily. Portion control is the best thing. It is hard to achieve also, but if I so much as think I'll never eat something, that something is suddenly all I can think about! The thing about being satisfied with a small amount is to find what it is that satisfies you. In reality, the first several bites are the best tasting, so maybe thinking about not continuing to eat when it doesn't taste as good is part of the key.
