It happened because some people had no grass whatsoever growing on their land...but weeds instead! So they didn't want to feel left out when it came to 'The Best Lawn' competition!

It IS a weed. "Grass" was an invention of the '60s "counter-culture revolution" or the birth of modern communist liberals. The tower of babble is where libs go to make up more lies and misinformation to cram down our kid's throats.
