Are people aware how bad bottled water coolers are for the environment and that a plumbed in system will help reduce the impact on planet earth?
Are people aware the filtered tap water is much better inquality than bottled?

can anyone who practices analytical or transcendental (or both) forms of meditation please give me help. how do they work? i know in analytical you think about something, but what do you think about? or in transcendental what kind of saying would be a good mantra? also, what do you feel is the best form of pre-meditation, breathing techniques, clearing of the mind, etc.?

for those who have done both, which do you think is the best form

I have bad facial skin. I wanted to try something more natural than putting lotion with vitamins in it. I wanted to get some vitamins and put them directly on my face.

Will they be absorbed?
Will water soluble vitamins be absorbed if I disolve them in water?
Will fat soluble vitamins be absorbed?
Will fat soluble vitamins clog my pores (since most are oils i.e. fish oils, etc)?

i often find dead spiders near my kitchen window, but not really anywhere else in the house. is there any reason for this? do they venture inside just to die, or do they die looking for a way out? i live in kansas, and usually (but not always) the spiders are brown recluses, so i'm glad to see them go, but wtf?

Hey,
i own this car, http://www.punctureproof.tripod.com/ and as u can see it is very low and has large 18" wheels. the car has been lowerd at the front to spax 50mm springs and the back has the tortion bar adjusted.
The wheel archs & fuel pipe line have been modified to cope with the large wheels, the car is drivable believe it or not.

what i want to know is how much would it cost to re-higher the car back to the orignal springs and tortion bar back up to where it was.

i am keeping the wheels on the car soo getting small wheels is out of the option, anyways even if i go get smaller wheels i will still need to re-higher the car cuz with smaller wheels means the car will be even lower to the ground right?

I want to do something fun, and new with my daughter this summer. She will be 3 1/2. I want to take her to Monterey and to the aquarium, she loves all those little sea critters. She has never been to anything like that, and I know that she won't really remember it after a while but I really think that she'll have fun while we are there.
Also, I would take her to Santa Cruz and play at the beach and ride what rides she could. Nothing to fancy, or expensive.

Does that sound good?

when you see someone is the first thing you consider- their appearance?What do you think of the medias view on body image?,are we as a society too obsessed with the way we look?
are you concerned with your appearance and do people with too much confidence annoy you or inspire you?
I myself suffer from low self esteem and feel the media emphasise too much on looks and not enough on someones personality and good nature.Do you agree or disagree?

I had a very normal period, 30 day cycle. my last one was Jan 5th. it was short, 3 days long, day 14 of my cycle, I started bleeding again, short, it started red, then ended brownish color. Today is Feb 22nd, and I still havent had another period. Stress isnt a factor, or diet, or excercise. I had home pregnancy tests, and they were negitive, and still no period. I dont have medical insurance, and this is driving me crazy, I dont know if it could be pregnancy, or something wrong with my body. It would be nice to know whats going on. I dont think I have any infections, Sex doesnt hurt,
I would love to be pregnant if pregnancy were the case. But this no period thing is verry unusual for me.
The thing that makes it the hardest is not knowing whats going on, and this is not usual. ......
my boyfriend and I have been praying for a baby, then all this happened with my period,,,
The other thing you might need to know is that I had my tubes tied 6 and a half years ago.
