I want to do something fun, and new with my daughter this summer. She will be 3 1/2. I want to take her to Monterey and to the aquarium, she loves all those little sea critters. She has never been to anything like that, and I know that she won't really remember it after a while but I really think that she'll have fun while we are there.
Also, I would take her to Santa Cruz and play at the beach and ride what rides she could. Nothing to fancy, or expensive.
Does that sound good?
When is the weather nice in Monterey Bay, thinking of going mid to end of July?

Sounds great. My ex took our daughter to a similar outing at around that age. She still remembers it! She's 10. Have a good time. July's a good time for Monterey Bay. Perfect.

Yes any time you spend with your daughter is good. This time is percious. it is irrepalaceable. but I am sur you already know that. She will look back on it (or pictures of it) and go wow my daddy took me here and there he is awasome. You will be her hero. If you aren't already
