A proper diet is the best way to lose weight naturally and keep it off. You have to eat a varied adequate and balanced diet. Your body needs all kinds of food to function properly including fat in smaller quantities though. Your body needs the nutrients and vitamins in fruits and vegetables the most, that is what you should eat the most of (at least 5 servings a day). You also need protein, and a little fat. Reduce your intake of sweets, fried food and foods that contain a lot of fat. Don't drink too many alcoholic beverages or soft drinks (they have a lot of calories). Don't go to sleep right after you eat. And finally exercise at least 3 to 4 days a week for about 45 minutes.Good luck. You can also get more information about nutrition from this site:

Exercise and Eating Right

I am 13 years old, 5'4'' and 100 pounds. I am currently trying to lose about 10 pounds. This is what i do:

Breakfast- Oatmeal (about 140 calories) and Skim Milk (75 calories)
Snack- Granola Bar (100 calories)
Lunch- Sandwich and Fruit (300 calories)
Snack- 1 cup of blueberries w/ Splenda (80 calories)
Dinner- Salad with eggs, cheese, meat, a little bit of dressing and chicken breast (400 calories)
Desert- Blueberries w/ Splenda (80 calories)

Exercise- 1 hour of PE (running,exercise, stretches, etc.) and 100 crunches, 50 ups per leg, and 30 pushups at home

Well thats what im doing right now and I think it works. You should try this and you should see results in a month. I know its not really fast but its a healthy and safe way to lose weight. Also, its not really dieting because its yummy. :] I hope this works for you!

Personally, I believe the most effective way to lose weight is to eat healthy and exercise regularly. There are of course a variety of diets, that have proved to have weightloss results.

But when you stop the diet, you have a tendency to gain all that weight back and sometimes more.

Exercise and diet of course but if you want a lil help : NATURAL
HELP THAT IS. Try this stuff unrefined organic coconut oil
2 table spoons a day It really helps i lost 9 lbs in 2 weeks with it
and I watched what I ate didn't do lot of exercise either.

Stop counting you re not going to be lose weight overnight Just concentrate on diet and exercise
