I want to connect my computer to my land line and be able to receive calls and faxes on it. I have a fax modem so can do that, but how do I get the calls as well? Do I need special software or a plug in phone? I have a microphone and speakers already connected.

Paid weekly>>>Poor surely !!!!

Coming from France where people are paid monthly I am bothered since I am paid weekly like most people in the UK.
I quickly found out that with an equivalent income you are in fact poorer when paid every week !! WHY ?
First of all you have less money at your disposal when you need to have an expensive buy ei. a car, a piece of furniture or just to renew your cooker LOL
You then have to contract a loan of some sort and then of course pay incredible interest (at levels totally ILLEGAL in other countries !!)
It’s a vicious circle and now I understand why UK is the country with the highest individual debt !!
I also understand why so many English find life in France cheaper….In fact it isn’t but you can afford more things being paid monthly.
Some will say it’s impossible to live correctly with only one payment monthly…it’s all a question of habit.
What do YOU think ?

Can you show me the steps to solve these problems from my text , and then describe how to graph them?? My text book is useless for me! Thank you so much.

Graph the following equations and identify their slope and y-intercepts:

2y - 1/3x + 4 = 0

AND

2x - y = -3


Then I have to graph these kind of inequalities:

y > -4x + 3

AND

-4x + 5y
** these are a couple of the problems....there are only LIKE 60!!! I am going to scream!! Please help!! If I see the problems worked out, I can try to do the rest on my own!!

ive been told i have APL. i think the doctor said its a form of AML leukaemia, although i kinda blanked out after she said i have leukaemia. my mum asked alot of questions but i didnt really listen, it wouldnt sink in, ive only just started to realize its true. does anyone know what APL is and what the chances of remission are (i'm 16 and quite healthy, if that helps), has anyone dealt with leukaemia as a teenager. how bad is chemotherapy gonna be. i tried looking online but it didnt say much APL

i'd really appreciate any answers given.

I work for a convenience store that regularly imposes undercover stings for underage cigarette sales. This is a common business practice, and I have no problem with that. However, in effort to provide quality customer service, not to mention common sense, if I have seen someones identification before, I will not ask to see it again. My corporate office sent in such a person. I recognized the person, as I had seen their ID previously, so as a courtesy, I did not ask to see it again. The company is not taking into consideration that I knew the person to be over the age of 18, as I had seen the ID before, and are trying to suspend me for a day without pay. I feel that this is morally wrong, but I do not know if it is legally wrong. I feel that I provide excellent customer service, and I take pride in the fact that I get to know my customers on a personal level.
Was the company wrong in sending in someone I knew to be over 18, or was I wrong in not carding everyone, every single time?

I am build a trebuchet according to the rules for the Storm the Castle Science Olympiad event. The rules are it can only be 65cm high, 75cm long, and 75cm wide. Only the counterweight they give us can contribute to the launch. Basically w/out the counterweight on the arm it has to sit dead still. How can I maximise the treb's efficiency? Also where should I place the axsis on the arm (1:3,1:4)?
