Do you mean "Stem cell"? If so, it's a cell found in an embryo (part of the stuff around a baby in the womb). It is a cell that can turn into other kinds of cells. These are helpful because they can heal injuries better than the body can on its own. For example, you can turn a stem cell into a spinal cord cell and maybe heal paralysis. It's not quite that easy but that's the idea.

A stem cell is a cell that has not been specialized yet. Every part of our body is composed of cells and the cells are all different but they dont start out that way. Cell go through a maturing process and then replicate making more specialized cells. In an embryo though the cells are new and can become anything if you take an undifferentiated cell you can turn it into anything......We have very few of these as adults but they can be found in infants, embryos and in umbilical cord blood.

I think you mean stem cell, and if so, this is a cell that hasn't differentiated into a particular type of cell. It hasn't become, say, a liver cell or a skin cell, it is a cell that hasn't become something yet, and can be manipulated through science to become any type of cell.

I have no idea what a "steam" cell is, but a "stem" cell is a basic blood cell that can differintiate into any other cell.
