Some people have "clear eyes", and you can almost see their soul and know they're honest, and some people seem to have this "glazed-over" look (even if they're not drug addicts). Anyone else notice this? I can pick up vibes pretty easily, but what do you call this thing with a person's eyes? I think it's a spiritual thing.

I'm a brown skin african american woman and I have dark spots on my face. I brought makeup, it made me look like a clown. I use the other popular facial acne system on t.v.. It only made my skin btreak out worser. And I had real low self esstem on my date with a cute guy. I'm tired of hiding my face. I was raised back in the day and I think loyalty or the appearance of it is important. So I propose that no player be traded, either against his will or by his desire, more than twice in a five-year period, or something like that. This means NO MORE ONE YEAR ROLE-PLAYING CONTRACTS - YOU EITHER ARE, OR AREN'T A YANKEE - YOU CAN'T BE A RED SOX EVERY THREE YEARS AND GO BACK AND FORTH - YOU LEARN TOO MANY INSIDE THINGS ABOUT YOUR TEAM THAT CAN BE SHARED WITH YOUR ENEMY.

I think if such a situation where another trade loomed, one of the parties (the one that wanted the trade) should have to have the remainder of the player's contract get bought out and sit the entire period out, or the management or player would have to settle for a longer than desirable period (set by arbitration) with the next (or present) team, or not get signed. I am sick of seeing every major player play on their enemy's team as if loyalty meant nothing. (Jason Schmidt you are a traitor!) Thoughts, please

Doctor or no doctor? How serious do u think it is?
Well, it all started out 4 years ago when me and my brother were jumping off of swings. Yeah I know pretty dumb. But I did it and landed on the side of my foot and colapsed. Well, I couldn't walk on it for like ...3 months. In total it hurt for 1 year non stop. Now it hurts on and off but now it really hurts.I was in a different country and/or contenent and didn't go to the doctor. Pretty dumb also. Well, after that it hurt whenever I just hurt it alittle it would hurt a lot. I'm going to the doctor but I have 2 wait for my mom to get back from a trip. What does it sound like 2 u? I also heard a loud crack when I landed. Does that mean I broke it? Is it possible that I broke it and it didn't grow back corrctly? What should I do? Do u think it is serious? surgery? Im only 12 FYI.

All my friends that are paid a salary usually are required to work 55-70 hour weeks. They do not get extra pay for long hours. I would think that a salary should only be used when the job is more "task based" where you may get your job done in 30-hours one week and 60-hours the next week and you are just required to get your job done (not tied to working set-hours.)
They all tell me they would be insulted to be paid hourly rather than salary even though they would make more money. I think salaries are just a big joke played on middle-management.
What do you think?

My son (4 years old), after playing with two bigger kids (8 and 6 each) whose parents are our close friends', complained that 'it's no fun because they always put me in the last position and didn't listen to me'. I am almost 8 weeks pregnant and i rented a doppler to hear the heart beat. We hear on heart beat on one side of my tummy and one on the other side but nothing in the middle. We think it might be twins because i have been so sick and sleepy it isnt even funny. and i am already getting big.
