Japanese : shiri. 尻 · shiri, end of spine; buttocks, sacrum. 骶 · shiri, coccyx. 臀 · shiri, buttocks. add o' as prefix so it sounds like o-shiri.. for honorific expression. I heard someone said..anatano oshiri ga kawaii...means your bum is cute...
also.. there's a movie .
.Japanese people have been enjoying megahit Korean movies like Shiri (released in Japan as Shuri) yes, it does not sound good when the title would be shiri in Japan...so they changed it to Shuri..

shiri or 'o-shiri' is your bum.
add the 'o' to make it more polite. You dont use the word muc, its rude of course.
Also, there are a few words that shiri could come from. The word 'shiru' means to know, it could be from the base word 'shiru' but if you got it from some anime then its probably the bum.

From a Japanese point of view, they will say "HIP". but it actually is your butt.
It is usually said with an "o-" at the beginning, hence "Oshiri".
