What kind of casualties have dropped?? Every morning, there's another report of a horrendous car bomb in a market in Baghdad. What's the death toll today - 50? 60? 70? And that's just the ones that can be identified, as opposed to the headless corpses that show up all over the country. I'm not aware that any numbers of casualties have dropped.

publicity spin, britaney will shave her pubes, some paparazzi will get a picture, WHOOPS! then a sunni will make a pledge of peace, a hamas will blow up a poster of paris hilton, president will bomb the axis of evil, see story page 3. sports stories page 14, stocks drop, prices rise. Same story every year.

Meaningless. Sadr has instructed his militias to go underground for awhile, that's all. Sunnis are doing the same.

You want to blame everything on media and democrats, but Iraq is Bush's fuckup, not theirs.

It will make Bush look good and they are not going to let that happen.

It would also make Congress's nonbinding resolution be an egg in their eyes.
