Basically, I would love to write, preferably fiction, but I feel that I lack the confidence to do this just yet and would like to take part in a course that would help me to build my skills. Unfortunately, I can't afford most of the courses that are available at the moment and I don't have the internet at home so online courses are out of the question (especially as I will be going on maternity leave shortly!) Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've taken to doing a light 20 minute stretch routine in the evenings before I go to bed. One of the main problems I've found while working out is when I lay flat on my back, straighten my leg and go to lift it in the air my leg starts to shake. The stretch doesn't hurt in any way so I think that either a) I'm doing something wrong or b) I'm just weak in that area and need to keep practicing.

Also, I've found if I use a robe belt as a yoga strap to hold the same position not only does my leg not shake but I am able to settle deeper into the stretch. Would using the belt be better for me or would it only be hindering the strengthening of my leg muscles?

Me a newbie to the market... but dont startoff with the RISK factor involved in day trading unless necessary

Are buy and sell orders put by u executed in click-time (generally, irrespective of volumes traded)?Can u explain abt ask price and bid price in general?

What abt Direct Access Trading with no brokereges....is it open for everyone?

If its only thru cash with no margins...then can we own the shares at the end of day if prices r down like normal buying of shares? or diff set of rules apply for ID trading?

Is thr a min. amount to start with for trading?

In brief,what and how are diff types of ID trading done ?

I am 28 and if have been single for some time and happy. I cant say as I have been looking or even wanted a relationship. My wife and I have decided to take a chance and make a change. We have decided that we would like to relocate to Wisconsin. My wife currently works a Public Safety dispatcher here in Rapid City, SD. The center she works for is know for being one of the number call centers in the world. So she have no problem finding work. As for me I currently work for the Pennington County Sheriffs office as a Drug and Alcohol Technician. This not where ultimatley want to be. My desire is to work in Law Enforcement. I realy don't have a prefference City, County, or State. Whar advice can you give me about finding oppurtunities in this area. Over here the politics are so bad if you don't know the right person or have some one who doesn't like you, You have no Chance. Lately they have been hiring 21 year old kids with no life experience that they turn around and fire after 6 months. This has been going on for the past couple of years. Any way any advice would be apreciated.
