because israel who god chose to bring his word to the world was put there by god in the middle east in the land now called israel the people in the middle east are educated, the ones god talked to it is only your hatred and bias opinion they were ignorant and uneducated moses was trained in all of the knowledge of egypt in his time daniel was trained in all the knowledge of babylon in his time so were many of the other writers of the books of the bible

Other answerers ARE correct, - the word you are looking for IS, "BAKHSHISH", - pronnounced "BACK-SHEESH", - meaning "FAVOUR", - though, it HAS been "ANGLICISED", by some, - to "BUCK-SHEE", - so-called "RHYMING SLANG", for "FREE", - as in "WITHOUT CHARGE".
