im a 20years old male, having a height of 6feet and currently my weight is 83kgs/180pounds so how should i go about it? as first i use to eat anything like choclates, ice-cream, drank a lot of coke, dry fruits, burgers, chesee, biscuites and all that fatting stuff.
But now i have noted the food calories so i have stopped eating all the stuff i mentioned and currently i having brown bread, bolied eggs, normal milk(at breakfast) anddifferent types of food at lunch and dinner but with limited calories something like chicken.
For excersie i one hav one cycle with me so some what about on average i go everyday cycling around home nebiourhood for about 20-30minutes.
So please if u guys have any further sujestions for me which could help me further reduce those 20pounds.
