if you are willing to spray your locks with some wd40 before and after you go through the car wash, then it probably won't afftect too much. i'd also take a bit of wd40 on a rag and coat the rubber door seals lightly. this will stop your doors from freezing shut.

I take mine through the car wash even if it is 10 outside, the blower on the carwash gets 99% of the water before I leave.
