After a lot of personal research, straightforward testing, and lessons learned, I came up with the following freeware solutions for keeping my system up and running.

REGISTRY CLEANER
- Advanced WindowsCare V2 Personal
- CCleaner

ANTISPAM
- SpamBayes

DEFRAGMENTER
- Speedfrag (a bit akward to use at first, but simply the best one available for free)

MEMORY OPTIMIZER
- Cacheman

All those software are free to everyone for personal use, they are also easy-to-use, non-intrusive (almost no pop-ups windows) and low-memory consuming.

My laptop is now booting up in 55s with 659 Mb of free RAM available (out of 1Gb total), and is decently fast.

I consider it good, but I would like to make it even better.. Any advise?

like seriously thinking the question "is this real or am i really sitting in the corner of a mental institution rocking back and forth in the fetal position and this is just an illusion" my psychiatrist says im just depressed and crazy people dont know theyre crazy.

so what are your thoughts on both my sanity and just general about the question like do you agree that that is possable? and am i insane for thinking it?

I have been looking for a tab for "happy coffee song" it's by Phish. I have looked on all the main tab sites like 911, universe, ultimate, A-Z and it's just not out there. The radio is a scientific oregon and it states 5 kilometres. This is not true, when i get to the local shop, which is just up the hill... the radio can barely get a signal to the other radio and in other places it does not reach its 5 kilometre range ! .. would it be worthwile me investing in a more expensive but a radio with 8 kilometres ?
