It won't kill them, but they aren't able to digest it and it causes horrible diarrhea.

No it absolutely will not kill a dog any more than it would kill you.
It could give them diarreah if they aren't used to it.
I always feed my pregnant girls a little bit of milk with their food & I also feed my puppies a bit too while they are being weaned.
I buy the powdered kind & mix it with their food & we've never had any problems - not even diarreah cuz I introduce it gradually & just give them a bit.

You should not feed regular milk to dogs or cats. If they need formula, you can get puppy or kitten formula at the pet store.

No. It only causes diarrhea if they drink to much milk, because it contains lactose. Actually 1-2 tbsp a day is good for their coat.

No, but it will upset their stomachs and give them nasty diarrhea.

Stick with water!

Its okay if they get a little by accident but don't give it to them purposely
