I dated this girl for 4 months and things were going really well, at least from what I thought. She calls me one day and says that she doesn't think we will work out and that we should break up. So I tell her fine, no problem and that was the last I talked to her. No communication for the next 4 years except for a few emails. Fast forward to now and she emailed then called me out of the blue. She asked me about my relationship, (I'm 1 year into one right now with a great girl), and then I asked her if she's dating anyone. She says yes, but that this isn't a guy that she wants to go far with or have a family with, (she's been dating him for a year as well. She then tells me to call her for a drink next time I'm in her neck of the woods. I really Had strong feeling for this girl when we were dating and over the course of time we've been apart still though about her from time to time. what should I do? I like the girl I'm with now, but can't help thinking what if about the ex.

will alcohol cause your blood pressure to go up, or does it help bring it down, or does it not affect it at all. my last bp was 180/115 becuase of a Rx change, just trying to keep it as low as i can right now for only being 30, thanks for info.

I know I didn't! Thats only cuz I'm single. Its fun when ur a little kid & u get to throw those little parties & give out valentines...but when you get older its just a reminder that you don't have anyone. I believe it is wrong to kill another. I acknowledge accidents should be an exception. But I propose that anyone who pulls the trigger or votes for another to pull the trigger, or who orders another to pull the trigger...which kills a person, should themselves be put to death. No exceptions. The idea would be for ALL POLITICIANS who vote for war to be put to death. All generals who plan wars would be put to death. Thus there would be nobody to order soldiers to kill others. My god, would this stop wars? Would it work? What do you think?

I'm trying to decide which language to learn first. I'm going to learn both, obviously, but should I pick Java or Python start off with?

Would Java be easier to understand after I learned Python or vise versa? How long do you think it would take me to learn?

After those two I'm planning on learning C/C++ and maybe something else. my goal is to learn about six languages. So...any you'd suggest? If so, why?

I don't know what field I want to work in exactly, but I do want it involve programming...any and all advice would rock my socks ^_^ thanks.
