Hello everyone...I am new to this but I was hoping someone could help me out. I'm about 5'3/170lbs. I have been dieting and exercising since New Years Day. I decided after looking at all the meal plans out there South Beach, Weight Watchers, etc. that I would just try and do more of a well balance diet. I guess very similar to a diebetic diet. I'm consuming anywhere from 1100-to1400 calories a day and power walking 2-4 miles a day with eliptical training also. I have lost some weight...about 4-5 lbs. :( but the last 2 weeks nothing. I really feel better, and I'm really focused on losing this weight....but it also is hard not to get easily frustrated when you don't see results. Patience is not my strongest quality. I really want to look good in a bathing suit by summer. I just can't figure out what I'm doing wrong or how I can consistantly continue to see results on the scale. That is what keeps me motivated...otherwise I begin to really miss my sweets! Any advise will be appreciated!

what's the different between duo processor and dual processor!! and for servers that using 10 processor, how does it work. I meant is there a motherboard that have 10 slots for CPU, or is it just like having 10 PC (10mthboard and 10cpu) and connect them together!!

How much help can one get on returning to the UK having had to leave an African country. They are going to land with nothing to their name and are desperate to know if they can apply for any financial help and how much it would be. They were born in Britain and have a British passport but lived overseas for most of their life as parents left when they were children. Please - any definite replies will be appreciated so I can advise them.

every time i have my period (i find tampons to be uncomfortable) and im sitting for a long time (like i do at work) blood comes out the top of my butt crack and stains the back of my pants. i know this is DISGUSTING but i was wondering if anyone else has this problem and what they do about it.

Yes, I know it is a fruit, but the point I find interesting is that though they do not use the term negatively, in a culture that values being polite - it is actually kind of rude and thai will admit that too if confronted...And no, it really is no big deal nor does it bother me much.. It is simply one of many contradictions here.. it is rude to be talking about someone behind their back thinking they will not understand - yes, I speak Thai and for those who do not - a friend on line at 7-11 heard a woman tell her son, if you don't stop crying the farang will hit you.. to which he turned and told the boy, this is not true. I will not hit you.. So, if the people are talking abt the fruit in the mkt - why do I almost never hear them saying "sapporot, sapporot, sapporot" behind my back? Thanks for all prior response and let me know of any other contradictions that you find?

I have taken medication for Major Depression, Dysthymia, aniety and panic attacks for more than twenty years. I also work in mental health and I have some basic basic medical knowlege. I'm also interested in seeing if St. John's Wort can help me. Why can't I get it the way I want it?

I have found it two forms; gel caps and in drops that are mostly alcohol. I am a vegetarian and gelatin is made out of animal products. I don't drink alcohol; it's against my religion and I used to have a problem with it a long time ago.

Anybody know where I can get St. John's Wort that isn't in gel caps or alcohol? I know I can take it out of the gel caps or boil away the alcohol, but that seems like a lot of trouble.

Does she like me?Me and my fren (girl) have been very close. I once told her my feelings. And since then, we've really came to a stage where we were more than friends(but not couples). She is 1 year older than me and therefore moving overseas to study. B4 she left, i asked her out just to meet up but she said she will contact me later since she was bz with Xmas. But since Christmas Eve, i have not seen her or even heard a word from her. She has left somewhere else to study..., i sent her a mail and i even called her on new year asking her to come down from her home. But i couldnt get thru to her phone. Would you think this person is cheating with these facts:
My spouse is married with children one mine one theirs
Found some old best friends from teenage years
One was an ex that was hurt by my spouse
Hangs out with them till am hours ignoring phone calls on a
couple occasions
Got drunk with them
I showed displeasure, spouse did it again
Erases texts and call logs from person (says cause they know it
would bother me if I saw them)
Won't continue IM conversations with me around
Sent picture of self to said person on phone (just a nice pose
nothing sexual)
My spouse says nothing is going on. I love my spouse and am very hurt by this, but be honest and I kept our sexes out on purpose because I think standards should apply both ways.

firmly believe that if the Republican lobbyist did not intervene in the 2000 primaries John McCain would be our sitting president today and things would be far better. McCain would have beat Al Gore in a landslide in 2000 ending any trhought of a stolen election which drove the Democratic base out in droves in 2004. Kerry could have never been able to stand against a Vietnam Veteran in 2004 thus another windfall for the Republican party would have been achieved.Senator McCain's ability to court Democrats very well could have proven to help the Republican party gain even more seats in the 2006 Congressional elections instead of us losing the majority. Vote for John McCain in 2008 for a better America and for a better world.
