If you have suddenly stopped losing weight, You have reached that all too familiar plateau. your body has compensated for what you are not feeding it. you will have to increase your exercising and add protein to your diet. Are you doing anything different, sneaking in extra sweets? colas? extra Carbs? try keeping a Food diary and make an entry of everything you eat during the day and monitor your caloric intake. and record your exercise regime daily. This may help to examine how many calories you have been burning daily. Its hard to lose weight and keep it off. Good luck!! consult your primary physician for help. Drink plenty of water.8 glasses. Hope you reach your goal.!!! Try not to focus so much on the weight you're not losing, it may make you want to give up. and give your self a little treat every now and again at least every week a small treat. Remember to weigh in the morning and monitor if your clothes are getting loser that will tell you you are losing inches. Muscle weighs more than fat. I hope you reach your goal. Keep it healthy.

I wouldn't weigh myself if I were you. But I think that if you start a healthy diet and exercise plan you can loose 20 pounds.... HOWEVER, it won't come easy.... You'd have to work out at least 5 days a week. 30 minutes of INTENSIVE cardio a day Weight resistance training. As far as your diet. You'd have to cut EVERYTHING that's high in fat. So no fried food Try eating baked/grilled meat instead such as chicken breast and fish No more mayo, no more ranch dressing. Also, you have to REALLY cut down on dairy products. Or simply consume fat free dairy products. If you get hungry between meals, have an apple, an orange, or any other fruit/vegetable. Instead of 3 meals, have 5 smaller meals throughout the day EAT ONLY WHEN YOU'RE HUNGRY GOOD LUCK

You are doing everything good. Drink nothing but water too. Also, try doing weight training. You should at that maybe 2-3x a week. Muscle cuts down fat while you are inactive, so you should build some up. You are probably not losing too much yet because you are building leg muscle from walking all the time. Muscle is more dense that fat, hence it weighs more. So just stick with it and you add weight training. You also want to try and raise your heart rate a little bit to burn more calories. Try a tredmill or elliptical. Good luck.

OK .. your doing GREAT .I know you want that scale to drop but right now your at what they call a Plato. Its sort of like your body is realizing that your getting rid of that lovely fat that it needs (or thinks it needs) so its working a bit against your. What you have to do is trick your body kick up your exercise and believe me you need to eat .... eat like five small fist size meals rather then 3 regular meals. Your body will thank you for it because it will think hmmmm I really do not need to hold on to all this fat . Also keep in mind the scale is your enemy right now... It is misleading you because you've probable gained muscle ,,, muscle weighs more then fat ,,, there for the scale my say that your at the same weight how ever you've lost. Also DRINK WATER .and green Tea helps keep your hunger away. GIVE YOUR SELF A BIG PAT ON THE BACK. Look at how far you've come ,, push your self toward a better you! It's hard but worth it! Good Luck

To successfully lose weight, you must carry out
a plan to balance your caloric intake with exercise.
Ideally, dieting should be done by eating a nutritionally
balanced, low-calorie diet and increasing physical activity.
