I no longer have to mess with it because I had a hysterectomy but when I was having periods I had the same problem. I started putting a little bit of toilet paper right were my vagina is on my heavy days it really did help. Give it a try.

I agree, you do need a longer pad. You might even want to try over night pads during the day! I have the same problem when I slouch when I sit down during my period. I use tampons and often over night pads during the day, you might want to look into reusable menstrual cups like the diva cup or the keeper. You can find the websites by doing a quick search. I haven't used them myself, but many women have with positive results even after not liking the tampon experience. It's normal though!

It seems as though you have a very heavy flow. I suggest wearing either a maxi pad or panty liner along with your tampon, depending how heavy your flow is, to prevent embarrassing leaks. It also helps to change your tampon more often if you are sitting for long periods of time. Good Luck.

Constipation is a very undemanding grievance at the same time as pregnant - I had it some thing fierce, and it sucks. i did not use some thing, besides the undeniable fact that it did ease up slightly, were given a lot less complicated and a lot less painful when I made particular i grow to be ingesting lots of water. Your blood volume will enhance through as a lot as 60% at the same time as pregnant, and that steals dissimilar water out of your body. also attempt taking fish oil pills and ingesting more beneficial insoluble fibre. in the adventure that your bowel moves are more beneficial commonplace and softer, ultimately this may help.

LOL, yes, I have heard of women who put toilet paper in their butt crack to prevent this, but why don't you use tampons? have you just never got up the nerve to try? or never tried them long enough to become comfortable with them?

You need to wear a longer pad. They make pads in different sizes and different absorbencies so pick one that is made for heavy flows and is longer in the back.
