I am aware that a movie can be made about a true story or based on actual events and one cannot copyright the story. I am writing two scripts as of now and am aware of how difficult it is to get them made into movies. How and what legal processes do I need to do in order to make sure no one plagiarises (steals) my script ideas etc. What things need to be done to make sure no one else can use your script

Im still 16, but I will turn 17 in a few months. I dont know what to do in my life. Im dedicated to my boyfriend and want to live with him. We both feel strongly for each other, but what should I do? He lives in KY, and I live in Cali.

My mom's 3 brothers died recently, and 5 days after 1 of the recent ones died, her mother dies-my grandma- she's been a wreck, and is planning to sell her house in mexico, where her mother died. She planned to move to mex. when I graduated. Now she wants to stay in cali. Should I stay living with her or move out with my BF? And where should we go? His home, or closer to mine? I dont want to feel like Im abandoning her like she feels what my sister did when she moved with her husband. If I move, my mom would be alone living with my younger brother, but 2 years later, he might move. Maybe in time I will know, but any comments or suggestions? My mom doesnt know I am dating (2 years w/), but he did know my BF for a while before she started disliking him.

Liberals bashed Reagan for his approach with the Soviet Union. He refused to ever give in to the Soviets, because every concession made them stronger. Here is what he said:

"Accommodation is based on wishing not thinking, and if the wish doesn't come true the enemy is far stronger than he was before you started down that road...... or we can bet our lives and freedom on the ******** theory that, if we make him strong enough, he'll learn to love us."

Reagan's approach resulted in the dismantling of the Soviet empire.

Now, Bush is standing up to the Islama-fascists the same way.

Bush also took a very hard line with North Korea. Now that his victory appears solid, how will the Liberals spin this one? Will the Liberals have the good grace to praise him for once?

(By the way, Liberals, Clinton fell into the "accomodation" trap. He just trusted the North Koreans, and the result was they lied and lied until they were on the brink of nuclear success).

Ok, I'm not taking about making them cover up and walk ten paces behind. But surely if they are required to do the washing up, ironing or cleaning, then they should. If they refuse, maybe a back hander should be allowed to let them know whose boss. I dunno? I await your thoughts.

I'm buying 93.88 acres and about 1 of them is useable. The rest is mountain. The property is a big rectangle where the land forms a V. One side is a BIG mountain with protruding rocks and mature trees - we're talking dynamite to move. I won't touch that side as long as I own the property, it's too beautiful to mess with. The other side is more like a big hill - definitely some big rock formations that will prove challenging, but not as steep or rocky as the first side.

In the middle of the V is a stretch of creek with the side with the hill being the useable acre. I want to level the hill, or at least slope it at an easy enough grade for dogs and horses. My property basically divides at the top of it, but my history with the owners of the adjoining makes me think they will go halfway in this to move their half.

Where do I start?
I'm sure there has to be someone who comes out and surveys the property to give me an idea. What's his title and where do I find "him"?
