I've gotta vote for the midriff-baring shirt as the sexiest of all. A top that shows cleavage could just demonstrate genetics or that she had an enhancement or that she's overweight.
A tight tummy, however, is more likely to indicate that she takes care of her body and works out to keep in shape; of course, it could also be a reflection of liposuction or an eating disorder, so it can be difficult to tell.
The midriff is sexier because it's more subtle I believe, a bit classier that can be brought out at the proper times. Not as obvious to stare down and get caught. All in all though, dress to show off what you've got; if you have the body, be proud of it.
A confident attitude is sexiest!

The stomach shirt.
You can tell a hell of a lot more about a girl from a stomach than you can from her cleavage. For instance, fat girls can have great cleavage, but terrible stomachs. If you have a nice stomach, show that off.

I'm a girl... but I have to say cleavage. Not a very low cut top though, that would make a girl look trashy. :-/

Depends on the girl, if you got a nice stomach, rock that ****. If you have great cleavage, rock that. If you have neither, Thermal shirts for you.

depends what you're trying to portray. too much of anything will not be sexy it will be sluty. how old are you? For women over 30 cleavage is nice for teens the belly for sure!
