I am 21 years old and just went in for a pyshical and the results show that my triglylerides are high. I think 314. So what does this mean, and what causes it?? What should I be eating and not to get these things back to normal?? Anyone with any anwsers?

even after i tried starving myself which was dumb i know, but ppl said it's supposed to make my tummy want less food because it gets used to it but my appetite is like huge i sure can eat but i just want to know how can i have a smaller appetite. my mother has a small appetite she could only eat like 1 or 2 pizzas small, but i mean i could eat more. so is there a way to get smaller appetite, well it did get smaller after fasting but it's still bigger than my mom's.

1- Do you know what is a fluff-ball?

The man keeps ignoring the wishes of the American people, of course he was not elected by a majority of the American people.

He was appointed by the nuttiest Supreme Court ever.

Why don't the American people have a voice in government under this president?

Me and my guy has been seeing each other on and off for about 3 yrs .But since we got back together about 5 mo ago we’ve been in this monogamist relationship but still having problems because there are some insecurity on mine part as well as his part more so minds. and I feel that our differents are so great, that we shouldn’t be together and when I express that to him he get violent and wants to fight me and insist on staying around but it’s only bringing me pain. Because I don’t trust him, so how do I get him to leave me alone with out hurting me physically?

I have very, very, very, pale skin and dark blue eyes and the only colors I seem to be able to wear on my eyes are black and gray b/c it seems to be the only thing that make my eyes really pop. I have tried browns but they make my eyes look red and puffy like I just got done crying. If you have any ideas on what colors might look nice please let me know


Also what is that spray foundation that Carmandy uses on "what not to wear" and were can I get it thanks?
